Please introduce yourself.
My name is Casey Arisohn and I am the CEO of Radii Footwear.

What was the inspiration behind the creation of Radii? Shoes have been my passion for over 15 years. I’ve always been creative, but directionally creative. When the opportunity was right, we decided to launch Radii Footwear based on competitive pricing with high fashion styling, colors and materials.

If Someone lived the 'Radii' lifestyle, how would they be living?
They’d be living a carefree, fun, Rock star-like swagger/lifestyle. You see the shoes…someone has to have some major personality to rock them!

With the high influx of footwear brands coming out recently, how does Radii standout?
I have a retail background that spans 10+ years in the industry and have a very great team behind the brand, as well as a real insight into what our customers are looking for.

Who would you target as a Radii customer?We target tastemakers. These customers are the ones that will have all the heads turning, making the rest of the world want to grab their own pair of Radii’s.

What’s been the response so far?
VERY positive. There is always a bit of skepticism when a new brand launches but ever since the product hit the sales floor, we’ve been selling out of goods quicker than we can supply.

Price range?
The price range is $65-120 currently.

How does Radii feel when compared to other companies such as Alessandro Dellacqua footwear & Supra?

Well, as for the Allessandro…we were inspired by their styling, much like many other brands that are inspired by high end fashion. We brought a similar style, with numerous color options at an affordable price so the people that really wanted that shoe could have something like it. Surpa on the other hand is just a competitor. We have a similar consumer base as we do with many other shoe brands. However, we are not a skate brand - Supra is. We’re a fashion lifestyle shoe brand.

Will Radii release other merchandise along with footwear?
Only time will tell but I think it would be an opportunity lost if we didn’t. We are just focusing on making great looking quality shoes right now so I’m not sure when something else might follow.

How do you feel seeing stars such as Jay-z & Flo-Rida wear Radii?
Well, Jay is like the new Frank Sinatra, so obviously it’s a crazy excited feeling having him support the brand and give us the head nod. It really makes us happy seeing high profile celebrities really into the shoes. It lets us know we’re definitely doing it right and it’s only the beginning.

Where does Radii want to be in 10 years?
That’s a secret, but let’s just say the skys the limit. I want Radii to be a household name like Nike.

Yes today 4/4/09 is the official release date of the Nike Air Yeezy. I must say in person these sneakers are hot. Hopefully everybody who wanted them can still get them for a high price on eBay but I had to get MY SWAGGER right enjoy the pic's
